8F Rates and Policies:
- HOLIDAY SEASON - December 15th to January 2nd - $250 per night
- PEAK SEASON - January 2nd to April 25th - $230 per night
- VALUE SEASON - April 26th to December 15th - $200 per night
- 11.417% State of Hawaii Hotel and General Excise Taxes will be added to
bill
- Rates quoted are for 2 people (maximum occupancy for this unit is 2)
- 2 nights deposit required to confirm
- Check in time: 3:00 PM, Check out time: 11:00 AM, late checkout may be
available
- $200 security deposit + $100 for each child under 12 (Refunded after approved
inspection within 30 days of departure)
- Housekeeping provided after departure (available during stay for an
additional charge)
- Rentals less than 5 days pay a $75.00 cleaning fee
- This is a non-smoking condo
Refund Policy:
- Balance is due in full 60 days in advance and non-refundable unless unit
is rented
- If cancelled over 60 days in advance 50% of deposit is refunded
- We highly recommend obtaining TRIP INSURANCE for you vacation.
This will cover you against losses due to unexpected cancellations, illness,
etc...We do not assume financial responsibility for any cancellations due to
unexpected circumstances. One source is Travelex Insurance.
